Heya all!

Just joined this site, well joined a few months ago, but never kept with it. Anyway I now go to the gym and was told to get on here again so I can keep track of my food intake etc.

Any ideas what I can add as my exercise? I go to the gym most nights and work-out for just over an hour, this includes treadmill, rower, bike, crosstrainer, weights and some floor exercises like lunges (OMG!!)... So any suggestions on what to add would be great... Thanks in advance. :O)
