So I think (I hope) I have finally broken this plateau, I've dropped two pounds in the past three days. Whether it's because I upped my calories from 1200 to 1400, or because I have been trying to do the reverse diet thing and eating most of my calories earlier in the day, I don't know, but I'm so happy, as it means I'm finally out of the 170s. :bigsmile:
