Help with recording weight-TOM

Ladies, do you record any period/water weight gain? I did last week, and it's made my chart really wonky. The 2+lbs came right back off, but now it looks like I lost 4+lbs this week! Should I take that one weigh-in out?

As a general rule, if its just water weight or a daily fluctuation and not a real weight gain then don't log it. It will just mess everything up as you found out and give you more of a headache in the long run.0

really, it's just a chart and a number. personally, it would bug me so I'd take it out. I got a new scale and it weighed me differently and said I lost no weight, even though my old scale said I lost two pounds. It drove me crazy enough that I adjusted my starting weight on here to 2 pounds heavier. silly eh?
so ya, just a number and a chart that no one else can see but you. If you're crazy like me, you might want to adjust it)
