I come to you with proof that getting back on this horse after you fall off works, and works fairly quickly. I posted in a thread just after thanksgiving wherein I bemoaned the fact that I had gained two pounds over the holiday. I knew I would gain, and I went absolutely crazy with the food over that entire weekend. Honestly, the way I ate that weekend, I'm glad it was only two pounds!
Anyway, I shrugged off the weight gain, got back on track Monday morning, and have been pretty good this week, other than a trip to Johnny Rocket's yesterday. (OMG, onion rings!! Yum!!) I weighed this morning, and those two pounds are gone, plus two more.
The moral of this way too long post is this: You will fall. But it's not the end of the world. Get back on the horse, try again, and you will have success!
