Hi Im finding it really hard to stay within the daily amount of protein suggested by MFP. Im way below cals, carbs and fats but over nearly ever day on protein. What effect will this have.

none, the default protein levels on here are low to begin with. You can go into your settings and up them if you want.

If you are going to go over on something protein is a great thing to go over on. Your body can easily use a gram of protein for every pound you weigh.

I am the exact same...I wouldn't worry so much and this is why...one...protein makes your body feel full which in turn helps you to not over eat...two, the only reason there is a limit is because your body only uses so much protein, it discards the rest but its not bad like over eating on sugars...

How do you do this? I've been in my settings and can't find how to change my nutrient goals anywhere!

go to goals and then change goals click the custom and then click change and it will give you all your nutrient settings
