Hello, my name is Teresa and I have tried many diet and exercise programs over the years and always end up gaining the weight back. I have never really paid attention to how many calories, carbs, fats, or protiens I was consuming per day so I thought this would be the best place to start. I'm very motivated to getting started and hope I am able to achieve the results I am striving to achieve.
