Wake up call

Hi. I'm Cindy. I'm 5'6" and weigh 234 lbs.
YUCK.
I was at a football game tailgating with friend this past weekend and pictures were taken and put on FB.
I was tagged and actually removed the tag because I was embarrassed by what I looked like.
Wake up call that its time to do something about this weight.

I gained a good amount of weight while on fertility treatments in 1999-2000. Only gained 16 lbs with my first pregnancy, but
never lost it. Then gained another 18lbs with my 2nd pregnancy and never lost that. So here I am 74 lbs more than when I got married and I'm just disgusted with myself for letting it get this bad.

I'm an emotional eater and I know I have to find ways to curb that. Thought this site would be an excellent reminder of what I'm eating each day. Hope it works!

  • You are in the right place. So many people have had great success here.
For me it was a picture at Christmas, I looked like I was in a Santa fat suit. I have lost over 20lb in the past 2 1/2 months.
