so ok, last tuesday I measured my body fat and it was 38.8kg, today I measured again and it was 40.7kg! I weight however less than last week. I thought that to gain 2kg of fat to need to consume EXTRA 14000 kcal, however I consumed less than 10000 during the week and been excersising... I dont understand... Any ideas what is going on?

I measure with one of those electronic devices, and you have to make sure you enter your weight each time, because it uses your weight in the calculations.0

You have to make sure you are well hydrated before each measurement. If your hydration was different than the first time you measured, it could account for the difference.0

Is it possible that you did not eat enough?
Especially when you are excercising your body needs more power (if you ate less than 1200 calories net, your body will start to use your muscles for energy).
So make sure you ate and drank enough.
I also experienced quite shaky numbers when i measure my body fat. It depends on so many things. Therefore you have to make sure you measure under similar circumstances (time, after peeing etc.)0 -
I measure my body fat each day with one of those electrical devices. I find that it fluctuates between .1 and .5 percentage points each day. I just officially record the amount on a monthly basis and use that as my baramoter. I would say don't get too caught up on daily increases or losses. Too many other factors go into your weight and body fat percentage. I find it best to focus on the overall progress I am making with getting fit and becoming healthy.0

I agree, you're possibly under consuming based on your activity level. Earlier this year, I lost about 15 lbs in 9 weeks, however, my body fat percentage actually went up by 1%. I wasn't getting the required amount of calories, so my body was burning my lean muscle mass versus burning stored fat.
"The body's first choice for fuel is stored glycogen (blood sugar). After the glycogen has been depleted, the body must obtain more glucose to keep its nervous system operating. At this point, an inactive, under fed body will turn to protein, its own lean muscle mass, to feed its basal metabolic rate."0 -
Ok thanks guys probably the problem is I dont eat enough, the other day I was netting on MINUS 272... Usually Im netting around 600-800 when excersising and 1300 when not...0
