Dark red kidney bean brownies.
YUMMY! instead of using black beans i descided to try kidney beans. You take a box of brownie mix, and put it into a mixing bowl. then you take the can of the 15 oz kidney beans, strain it, rince them and fill the can back up with water. Then you puree (sp?) the bean/ water mixture until smooth. Then you mix in the bean mixture into the brownie mix in place of the oil, eggs, and water. Mix until smooth and cook following the instructions on the brownie box. My brother ( really picky) tried one (HE DOESNT KNOW WHATS IN IT) and said they are really good. I have it recorded so he cant take it back later. It is really good, and id recomend. This works for anyone with an egg alergy or just trying to cut back on fat or trying new recipies.
