Tower 200- 11 minute work out- calorie question

So my husband has this tower 200 over the door resistance thing that he swore he would use... let’s say that it’s looked good on the door but that's about it. ANYWAY I hate doing strength or resistance training at the gym (too many buff Marines or beach body Barbies in that area… I'll stick with the normal people in the cardio section thank you!)
I want to start doing this intense 11 minute workout that came with the machine on my days between gym visits, but I have no clue how to plug in the exercise in my MFP tracker. It’s not in the database and I have no clue how many calories I burn (by the way I sweat through it & feel after, it feels like a ton but I don’t think it really is)

Does anyone know how many calories this workout burns or how I can figure it out??

If you don't have a heart rate monitor just use "strength training" under cardio.

Did you ever find the answer to your question? I was just googling the same thing.
