Why am I feeling like this

I woke up with cramps this morning at 8 and I've had them ever since. I feel bloated and gross and haven't been very hungry. and yes before you all ask I have gone to the bathroom LOL
I ate my regular breakfast-oatmeal and yogurt
my snack was greek yogurt and berries
lunch I had hummus, cucumber slices and some turkey deli meat.
Why do I feel so gross?! I didn't eat that bad yesterday (a few bites of cake batter and some low fat popcorn) but the rest was healthy.
Weigh in is tomorrow and I'd really like to not be bloated and uncomfortable for it

I can't do Splenda (sucralose). It makes me crampy and bloated - the kind not associated with PMS - but the digestive kind. Check the ingredients of your yogurt.0

Your diary is not open so I can't tell, but I'm going to take a stab. Are you doing high protein/low carb? If so are you getting enough fiber i.e. lettuce/broccoli? If so, you may be *GASP* constipated. The signs mimic the monthly gift and can be UNBEARABLE if you're eating a lot of protein and not enough rough stuff to clean out. That said, if that is the case I would recommend using some Benefiber, having a salad for lunch and dinner, and if that doesn't help take some natural Senna. I find doing high protein does this to me and if I have a salad a day I'm good to go. Hope this helps!0

Im not intentioanlly doing high protein low carb but I am always over the pre set protein goals and under on the carbs so this could be the case. Thanks!0 -
I would agree with the fiber thing. Do the salads and veggies and I bet you'll be feeling better VERY soon!0

Sounds like raging pms. It can be different based on different lifestyle, things you eat, changes in your diet/routine, etc. Limit your salt and caffeine, drink some herbal tea, and get a good hard workout in! Sweat that demon out.
