Hi everyone! What are your favorite, low cal/sodium lunch or dinner recipes? I'm still new to cooking and I would love to hear anyone's recipes to help me have a different variety of foods each day! :)

I love shrimp.. chicken.. salmon.. mahi-mahi .. tuna... egg whites.. I'm looking for more whole grain/wheat pasta recipes as well!

Any responses would be appreciated!! THANKYOU! :)

Salmon has become my new best friend...

Take some salmon (try some dill, garlic, and lemons for your first round) and put it into some foil, creating a little foil baggy. Toss in the the oven on 375 for about 15-ish minutes. Cooking time absolutely has to do with how you like your salmon (more rare or more well) as well as how thick the salmon itself is.

While thats cooking, take some baby spinach (or any spinach...about 2 cups per person is about what I average) with a little extra virgin oil, garlic, and onion and cook down (stirring frequently). This takes about 5 minutes. VERY good meal for you, lower in calories, HIGH in good stuff for you, super easy to make.
