New to site and surviving the Texas heat!

Hello, my name is Elizabeth and I'm new to the site. Feel free to give me some tips on how to do this the right way! I've been a yo yo dieter all my life and need a change. I know what my problems are but I just dont seem to fix them. I have a full time job, 4 kids, new husband, cook dinner 4 night a week and take classes on Saturdays. When I get home I have maybe and hour to myself and I really dont feel like exercising. I know I need to find the time and I will but my first step is to eat right! I seem to be eating most calories at breakfast with my cereal and toast. Does anyone know of a low cal/carb cereal instead of Special K? :flowerforyou:
