I didn't think Green Tea came decaffinated but it does!! In Stash teas and Celestial. Others as well but there's a couple brands for those of you who want the "bennies" minus the caffeine:) love to all, denise

sounds really good! I can't afford too much but Winco(I huge market here)has a lot to choose from. I got one with orange rind and spice. Do you put any sweetner in yours sis? I put a half tsp of honey but I want to learn to drink it plain. I sent you a pm too because I just don't seem to be losing as fast as others are. I wonder if I am doing something wrong that I don't see. I walk 6 times a week, 4.2 miles and figured it out at 4 miles per hour. I stay close to my calories each day and once in awhile don't get them all eatin, or, go over by 150 ish. This is only like once a week and not intentional. I am never hungry, I do my 5 or 6 meals. Just started really getting enough water about a week ago. Maybe that was the prob. I was only getting about 4 of the 8oz a day. Now getting 6-8. Also started the tea today. I wish there was a way to show someone our diary?? Is there? If so I would be so willing to let you take a look.

    Talk with you soon, denise:)

Thanks for the PM I've not stopped to take time to respond today to my PM's...I'm soooo far behind in all the wonderful members that drop me a line....I seriously need to jump on here very soon and respond back to all......:blushing: :flowerforyou:

Regarding food diaries...Mike shared not to long ago that he will make them open for others to view if they wish or a person can keep them private as well. I believe he is working on a number of things for the site plus his own family things so it's something to look forward to....

You're welcome to do a screen print if you like and I'll look over it...I'm no expert but would be more happy to help ya out My Friend:flowerforyou: :smooched:

Ok, here's my favorite so far: "Good Earth" Lemon Grass Decaf Green Tea ....just now reading on the box that apparently when the caffeine is removed it often can take the healthy properties from green tea with it....it went onto explain they use a different process to keep the wonderful benefits it contains still a part of the tea!

Green tea and other decaf teas still contain trace amounts of caffeine, regular green tea is 30 milligrams vs. coffee is 100 milligrams .....for the green tea non decaf 4 milligrams.

Herbal teas have 0 caffeine in them.... I find my brand flavor so smooth and lemony tasting/smelling that I haven't branched out to others to very much. But I hit the healthy food coop around here and see all the loose teas or the very very cool tea containers and it makes me want to try others. But I hardly think I should be buying tea for the cool containers? well, um maybe... :blushing:  I do so love to do altered art...so they would work nicely:bigsmile: :flowerforyou:
