Hi folks!

Here's a really interesting and helpful article about what machines to avoid at the gym due to possible injury/not working the intended muscle, etc. They offer free weight and body weight moves as an alternative.

    Choose free weights and barbells over machines every single time. You'll see much better results and possible be surprised at how weak you are (specifically: bodyweight rows versus the lat pulldown).

    Yup! I almost always use free-weights & barbells... I just feel like there's a lot more room to change things up and challenge your muscles in different ways as opposed to sitting at the same old machines day in, day out!
