Ok I lied---- know what keep me going? The ex's 200+ (possibly close to 250) pound girlfriend!! Ima blow her away and show him what he threw away. He "loves her for all his (and her) dysfunctional reasons. She is damaged goods--in an abusive relationship for 20 years to her only bf/husband. The ex has a green light with her to be his dysfunctional self and not have to "fix" anything like I wanted. SMH. Crap, there I go off on a tangent again, lol.

Well, there's also a hot guy that lives down the road too and I've liked him over a year, lol. He looks like Sonny Corinthos from General Hospital. ;-). <3

I go rollerblading as an outside activity and go as far away as I can before I get tired so I have no choice but to get home. In the paper this past new year there was an article with tips to achieve weight loss resolutions. One was to hang a pair of pants that are the size you want to be in front of the fridge.... That was just annoying so now I just hang them where I can see them on a lazy day when its time to excercise. Its worked so far.

Brilliant! Such a good idea, I live in a student house so I dont think they'd appreciate a pair of jeans hanging on the shared fridge :P xxx

    RESULTS.

I can do push ups now! Not many, but I can do them. I'm getting stronger. DH commented the other day (looking at my arms) that I'm starting to get ripped! I can now do those d**n walk-out pushups with Jillian & crew. I can do high knees and plank-jacks, too.

AND - this is incredible to me - I'm wearing clothing sizes that I previously wore when I was 20 pounds lighter than I am now. What does that mean? It means that exercising is WORKING to change the shape of my body. Which is extremely cool. :)

No.1. Good music! When I have a new playlist album I find myself working much harder!

    No.2. Competition

No.3. When someone I know is in the gym or a hot guy I always push myself just that bit harder to look good! lol

No.4. Giving myself small targets e.g. just get to 5 minutes then, just another 5 minutes etc. until I have done half an hour or so

No.5. Pain & sweating.. When it is painful and I am sweating loads I know I am working hard and I will lose more weight

No.6. Seeing results.. makes me motivated to go that bit further e.g. when I started my goal weight was 147 lbs, when I got there I wanted to be 140 lbs, now im there I want to be 133 lbs

I thought of something else. I can see my feet when lying in bed!! Another 10-15 I will be able to see my ankles too! (I carry my weight in my stomach and looked 8 months pregnant)

    - I think about the next few minutes instead of the end. It's easier for me to tell myself to just get through the next 5 minutes 6 times in a row than to tell myself to get through the next 30 minutes.

    +1
