It's all me! Can't you tell, I have a 6-pack trying to eat itself out of that belly? The picture was taken July 23, we were in alocal parade for my job, I walked/ran the mile long parade, handing out can koozies, coloring books and candy. At the end my face was beat red, for an hour after words as well, but I felt great!
