Advice on 30DS

Hi 30 Day Shredders (Shreddees?),
I was doing great, was up to level 3, day 3 or 4 without a break, took ill and had to take a few days off to recover. Then I had to go travelling where I did some fairly intense exercise (climbed a bloody great mountain). Now I want to know, do you think I should just do the last few days of Level 3? Or go right back to the start and do it all over with no break? Or some where in between (ie start halfway through level 2).
I was gutted to not reach my goal of 3 days with no break and was getting great results, but was also doing it on top of other workouts to get fit for the climb. What do you reckon?
All advice gratefully received!

if i were you, i'd pick up where i left off! if it's too hard, maybe go back down to level 2 for a few days and work your way back up (although i found level 2 to be the hardest). i don't think you'd need to start back at day one.
good luck!0 -
Personally, I'd pick up where you left off - or maybe do a couple extra days of Level 3 and finish it out that way. I've tried a couple times to finish the shred without stopping and it's just not happening...life keeps getting in the way. I'm going to do the rest of this week (until Friday) on Level 2 and then bump it up to level 3 - I should be ready for it by then.0
