cheese sticks :)

I get strange craving for cheese sticks every once and a while but don't want to eat the 480 calories that go with it(4 pc. @ Arby's) So I decided to make my own. I took weight watchers string cheese cut them in half, dredged in flour,dipped in egg white then I coated the cheese stick in crushed up buffalo flavored pretzel crisps,dip back in egg and re coat in crumbs. freeze for a few hrs on a lightly greased cookie sheet covered in foil. Bake at 400F for about 8ish minutes and presto! For and order of four its only about 220 calories!!!!

you could also do this with some toasted panko bread crumbs. There is a recipe for this in this months issue of Cooking Light.
