I can get back... right?

Hey MFP's!
I need a quick boost of confidence. i am a verrrrrrrrry positive person and i have been doing the C25K for over a month and i have seen a great difference in my distance, stamina, endurance, and overall look of myself. i have had a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE week of food and just did my Week 7 Day 1 today with no problems!! Here is the issue. i feel like bc of my horrible eating this week, i gained it all back including my inches lost.... Am I able to lose it quicker if it was just a bad week and continue going my exercise looking how i did like 2 Monday's ago? Sorry, im just slightly disgourage at the moment with myself...:sick:
