Hello everyone! So as you all know.. McCormick seriously has some of the best seasonings! I always use their garlic powder or onion powder!

Today for the first time I used their "Perfect Pinch Garlic & Herb SALT FREE" seasoning! It says on the label it is made with garlic, spices (including oregano), rosemary, basil, red pepper, orange peel, onion, parsley, paprika and celery. However the nutrition facts state that there are 0 Calories, 0 fat, 0 sodium, 0 carbs.

I was wondering if anyone here uses McCormick products on a daily? I honestly just want to make sure I'm not adding on more calories without knowing! Today I used the "Garlic & Herb" when I sautéed my shrimp and zuchinni in virgin olive oil :)

THANKS EVERYONE!! PLEASE KNOW ALL RESPONSES ARE HIGHLY APPRECIATED!

I would not worry about the calories unless there was a lot of sugar in the product. It also depends on how much you use. I assume you are probably not using more than a teaspoon depending on how much you are cooking.

If you wanted to be on the safe side...log 5 calories and 1 gram of carbs per meal when you cook using the mixes.
