Do you workout before you eat breakfast? At night before you go to bed? I find it crazy to work out & then turn around & eat? idk, i'm confused; explain to me, what do you do?

I work out in the morning. I eat something small like a protein bar beforehand because I can't exercise on an empty stomach. Then after I exercise I have a protein shake or smoothie. I don't like working out at night because the adrenaline rush keeps me awake. The bottom line is that you do need to eat, it is what fuels our bodies. Eating protein is good because it's what repairs muscles. I hope that helps a little.

You should work out at the time that is most convenient to you. Really doesn't matter much what time of the day you work out as long as you do it.

Research shows people who work out in the morning tend to work out more often, because the day can't get in the way. eg getting stuck at work late, kid gets sick .... Research also shows that morning exercisers do not work out as hard b/c they are tired and their body has not yet digested breakfast to give them energy.

Try to work out 1-3 hours after a meal, and at least 2 hours before bedtime. Working out to late in the day often leads to problem going to sleep, and sleep is very important for weight loss.

Again you should not get to hung up on this. Just workout at a time that is convenient for you, and when you feel like you have energy to work hard!!
