Just a thaught does exercise rev you up or wear you out???

    Leg day Im wore out for at least 24 hours, everything else gets me going

    I do a tiny bit while my lunch is in the microwave - really just a couple minutes - and that revs me up. When I do my real workout at home, it wears me out. :)

    I sometimes (ok, usually) feel pooped when I've finished, but overall, I have a lot more energy than I did when I was a couch potato.

    Me too. In general, I have more energy throughout the day than I did before I started exercising. But I just don't seem to get the rush after exercising that others do. I'm exhausted afterwards.
