i am trying to increase my calories to restart my weight loss since i have not lost anything for about 3 months. i find that by the end of the day i still have about 500 calories left. i have been eating peanut butter to fill this gap. is that a good option? any other ideas?

Real eggs for breakfast. 1% milk instead of almond. peanut butter on your apple. Cheese on sandwiches.0

^ good ideas. add cheese to your eggs... 2% milk... or if a lactose issue, i like rice milk with ovaltine added in (i'm sure is good with almond milk too)... try a higher cal whole wheat bread.
you have so much yummy food there it's surprising you're under lol wish i could be as often0 -
you can also drink your calories, many will disagree!! I add to my breakfast a protien shake mixed with soy milk! That is about 200 more calories.0
