lose 45 kg in 9 months

Hello im branislav and i am currently 110 kg and i am 1 meter 70 cm tall.I think im too small and i need to loose 45 kg in 9 months .Is it possible ? Im starting next week going to gym 6 days a week 90 mins workout or only running.Now i need help i dont come from wealthy family and im in europe wich means i dont have too many modern healthy foods, one good thing is that i love veggies , i eat fresh organic tomatoes ,cabage, carrots,yellow and red peppers,watermellons ,and fruit now can someone help to tell me how to coordinate sizes of meal and simplisity of meal,so my goal is to lose 45 kg in 9 or 9,5 months.i think also is importan to cut the candy only once a week ,so il eat one candy bar once a week so my sugar level wont fall down, i wil stop drinking coca cola, fanta,sprite , aand only dring water and vitamin water so no any kind of juice until i loose weight. ill stop eathing white grain bread and rice and only eat black bread or whole grain , one slice of black bread per day,eat lots of fruit and mostly eat boiled food , soops , and i said to my self i will eat for breakfast mostly canned tuna for lunch what my dad cooks with salad but small portions and for dinner to eat only season fruits .i know that it will be hard in the begining but i know that it will be worth , i would love more replyes

    Yes it is very possible. My goal is 10 lbs a month! And I will meet my goals! I believe in you!
  • You would be amazed at the changes that will happen to your body once you cut out a lot of the sugar and soft drinks. M'dear think of this as a life style change, not a diet. You have to learn for yourself how to limit, not deny yourself what you really want. Portion control and eat more well rounded meals. All and all you have the right idea and make the best out of everything that comes in your path.
