Waist Trimmer Belts?

Do they work? Do they just trim inches off the waistline or do they help shed pounds too? Is it worth looking at?

    If you're talking about the neoprene wraps that you can get at WM, they are USELESS.

    I'm no expert, but I think the ONLY redeeming quality of those things is that they support your back (if you need that). If you do core exercise and cardio for overall weight loss you'll trim your waist (and strong abs mean you wont need a belt to support your back).

    In a nutshell: skip it. My novice opinion.

    Essentially, if you aren't sweating and working for it, then it won't work. My friend got one to try it and said it was awful
