Hey guys i'm just new to MFP and would really like to continue losing weight. Reading some of the stuff on this site is a real inspiration. From May 2011 to August 2011 i have went from 15 Stone 5(215lbs) to 13 Stone 10 (192lbs) and i will hopefully continue to lose the pounds. I have set a goal to lose 2lbs per week leading up to Christmas , where hopefully i will be at my ideal weight. It would be interesting to see what you guys plan to lose and what tips or techniques you have for losing weight.
