Keeping in Check

I have been struggling to stabilize my body weight and would love to receive any help I could get.

After getting down to my goal weight (in a timely manner), I attempted to maintain, but have been gaining for a few months now. I tried to start losing again a while back, but the scale keeps creeping up! What's going on?! HELP!

  • I'm having the same problem.... :( And I really can't explain it. My eating hasn't changed. I'm always under my daily goal & always on the move. I'm curious to see what others have to say!
