Davey Wavey is a fantastic individual who has a lot of great things to say, and is a fitness inspiration for me. Today he posted a blog article about the negative effects of the word "should." Seeing as he referenced weight loss specifically, I know that there's more than a few people who could make use of this.

Exactly! Like he says, "should" is a guilty word, and it enables you to make excuses. No excuses! -finger waggle-0 -

"Should" has never been a guilty word for me - it has always helped me hold myself to higher standards and to try harder. It would be a guilty word for me if I were a guilty person, but I'm not.0
