:noway: I do great during the week M-F, but Sat and Sun are hard. I don't log in much during the weekend, and I eat over my calories. I get my exercise in; but I know I don't eat right. Any advice would help.:drinker: Pam

i am sailing in the same boat M-F i work so eat regulary within my Cal

i am failrly new but this past weekend i did really good. i didnt workout cause i have my goal in time done over the week. but i did make sure to log my food and actually was under both sat. and sunday. even went out sat.:flowerforyou: :drinker:
i have just made mfp a priority and i make sure to do it!!!!! good luck ladies!!!!!:bigsmile:0 -
Right there with you. M-F I do good with my plan but come Sat and Sun I do more guessing than logging. It has not hurt me but at same time it hasnt helpped me either. Im having to focus on exercise right now. So yea if anyone has ideas please share!!0
