I need to get back to my routine.

It has been a crazy stressful month. I've gained weight and don't feel sexy like I was. Idk making me feel pretty down and getting to the gym has become a mountainous task. Work is insane my mom is sick and schools starting up soon. I feel as if the world is conspierting agents my diet and exercise plan. I need some encouragement or tips on getting back into the routine. =/

rather than berate yourself for not doing something, or not doing as you 'should be', would it help to reframe your thoughts as a desire to take care of yourself? work demands and caring for loved ones can be extremely taxing, but it's also important to care for yourself too. nobody can effectively care for a sick relative for friend and juggle work without also taking care of themselves. it has helped me to think of eating well and exercising as requisites for self-care which need to take as high a priority as anything else going on in your life. best of luck x0
