30 Day Shred with Tues/Thurs as Rest Days

I'm starting 30 Day Shred, but I go to Boot Camp on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at my CrossFit box.
So if there's anyone else that has this odd routine and wants to join me, let's go!
I turned 34 yesterday, and I am determined to be fit and healthy at 35.

I know that the program will be a little off, but then again, so am I. ;-)

    I started shred and I am on day 4 of level 1. = )

    Happy Birthday! I know what you mean in regard to turning 35. That was part of my motivation back in January when I started. I will be 35 in December and I am looking to be as fine as possible by then. = )
