Couch to 25K participants...

I started the Couch to 5K on Monday. I do a 10 minute brisk walk in the morning with my dogs, then come home and jump on the treadmill. 2 minutes of walking, 1 minute of jogging for 15-20 minutes.
I used to do high impact aerobics 3x a week for 20 minutes, but will this program substitute that or should I also be doing the aerobics?

I only did a 5k.

You body needs to have rest days. That's how your muscles repair themselves and get stronger thus working more efficiently and burning more calories causing you to lose fat.0

Totally meant to put 5K! I could never run 25K, lol.0
