Any other diabetics out there?

Hi, I have type 2 and it is controlled by oral medication. I have been keeping track of my blood fasting numbers every day and write it down in the note section of the food diary. I am already taking vitamins and having cinnamon in my coffee to help stabilize things but I am wondering if anyone else has recommendations, tips or experiences? Thanks!

Hello type 2 here also. My big tips are excercise frequently esp. resistance training. And don't eat carbs. Pretty straight forward. I was orginally on 500mg of Metformin, but after a few months I was able to get off of it (which was my goal). Been off now since March and BGL has been averaging less than 100, and my last A1C was 5.1 (Humble brag). OH and drink massive amounts of water, I drink at least 1 gal a day usually more. I have an app on my phone called waterlogged that sends me an hourly reminder to drink water. That way if I don't have some with me I remember to get some.

I hadn't thought to log my BGL on my diary but I like that idea and am going to start doing it. Thanks
