Hi everyone:

I am a 47 year old divorced female living with my adult son and daughter and 7 month old grandson. I really want to learn to live healthy. It is time to get my act together. I am counting on YOU to help me with ideas, that I can try. Also I want to connect with others to keep me motivated.

So are there any "Young Grannies" out there?
