I have been over weight and fighting it all my life. Diabetic type2 now for 10 years and the A1c is up . Love this sight and am trying hard again.

    thanks for the support. went to the Dr last night and she startes a new medicine for Diabetes. kinda depressing.
    I am getting used to eating better. Tried egg beaters today for lunch. Put in microwave with pepper onion and ham, not bad at all
