I'm new to this and would like some friends for some support along this journey. I'm tired of being overweight and am having a hard time staying on track and getting exercise in. Any good suggestions? I track everything I eat, but maybe just need to make some better choices. I'm tired of trying something and giving up, only to eventually start all over again. I really want it to work this time. My mind is made up - I just need to figure out what works for me. :smile:
