Milk or no milk

Im trying to burn off the last few pounds of fat, and build lean muscle. Is it a good idea to stay away from milk? When I drink milk I usually stick with 2% and only have a cup a day, usually with a scoop of whey.

No, there's no reason to avoid it unless you have lactose intolerance or a dairy allergy. It's got 100% bioavailable protein.0

The only real downer about Milk is the sugar it contains (natural or not).0

Whats wrong with drinking whole milk?
OP- Yes you can drink milk as long as it fits within your daily calorie intake and macronutrient intake based on your goals. Of course if you are lactose intolerant or have an allergy then you know you shouldn't.0 -
Have you tried drinking almond milk? It is so much better for you. A full cup of unsweetened almond milk has just 35-40 calories, 50% more calcium plus anti-oxidants. You can go with regular or vanilla flavored. I use it in my cereal and I sometimes I drink it. It even comes in chocolate but that adds more calories and some sugar (I think it tastes like a Hershey Almond candy bar).0
