I am putting together some new workout routines and looking for some new moves. What is your favorite exercise you do in the weight room?

Step ups (or at least that's what I call them). Hold a set of dumbells in each hand, then step up on to a low bench or something similar. I do 12 - 15 reps per leg. Do all the reps for one leg first, then switch. It works multiple muscles, plus yu can really work up a sweat doing it. You can also vary the height of what you step on.0
