Me and my husband are supposed to start using P90x next week and I am really nervous. Has anyone used this and if so how did it go? was it bad? How long before you got to the point you could od it without feeling like you were gonna completely die?

not gonna lie it is really tough. If you are not accustomed to lifting weights you might want to start with P90 or p90M. Otherwise it will probably be quite a while before you can do all of the prescribed exercises in a session. If it does take you a while to get up to full intensity go back and do the cycle again.0

I am starting it this weekend! I am really excited but I heard it's really intense. When I ordered it I did not even touch it until the return period was up so I had no choice. Keep us updated on your progress and I will do the same. GOOD LUCK111
