Well my friend at work told me about this and I am excited. I started a "biggest loser" program in Jan with my gym and lost 27lbs in 3 months. I have not gained any weight but have not lost anymore either. still go to the gym 3 times a week vice the 5 I was doing. But this program here helps with the counting which is awesome... so we are starting another 3 month program and I hope to shed at least another 27lbs... back to my fighting weight so to speak,
So hello all and happy shedding the lbs...

    Diane welcome to MFP. this is a very good site. i keeps me on track with my diet. i'ts amazing how the calories can creep up on you if one doesn't keep an eye on them. I've only started my journey. hopefully we can keep in touch
