Shorties exercise routine? Last 5 stubborn lbs exercise??

Hi! I'm a little curious to see where I fall in terms of my exercise routine.

It's been hard work to get the last couple pounds off and I'm wondering if I have to beef up my exertion for the last few pounds? I can't decide if it's hard because it's the last pounds to go or if it has something to do with me being short (that's silly though, right? Lots of short people are small?).

Anyways, if you feel comfortable, post what your workout routine is. :)

    I know I have to change things up so maybe your body is just getting use to what you are doing? I walk 3-4 times a week for at least an hour and do a lot of cardio at home.
