Anyone have any suggestions on the types of vitamins I should be taking? I normally gravitate toward a One A Day just because I don't really know what I need. I'm 26, not pregnant.

I'm currently taking One-A-Day as well. I also take Calcium/Magnesium supplements as well because I don't eat much dairy.
I think a multivitamin is just fine for your age and lifestyle...but I'm no doctor...0 -
I love the Alive! Multivitamin for Women. You take one a day, and it's plant based, so you can even take it on an empty stomach and you won't feel nauseous. It has all the vitamins and minerals you need, plus fruits and vegetable blends, and an energy blend too. I get them at Walmart for about $10.0

A One-a-Day covers all of the basics. From there, it's a matter of how much you want to spend and what your concerns are. Just as an example, I take:
Biotin for hair and nail growth and strength
Flax Seed Oil and Fish Oil for heart health
Glucasamine Chonsroitin for joints
Cinnamon for triglycerides
B-complex
C
Calcium0
