from a gal. Wanted to share it, haven't tried it, maybe someone already has here?? Here'tis if anyone is interested:) Love to all, denise;)
8 1/2 cups water
1 freshly grated ginger root
1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
12 mint leaves
combine all ingredients in a large pitcher, chill in the refrigerator,and let flavors blend overnight..

I've tried it, and it's DELISH!!!!! If you have problems drinking enough water, this will definitely help.0
