Orlando Area - Suggestions for active things to do

Hi,
I'm going to Orlando in 3 weeks, staying in Kissemmee area. Will be there partly on business with some free days. I dont want to do the usual Disney stuff. Has anyone got any suggestions for places to go for nice walks or other activities. I will have a car so can travel alittle way.
