I just looked at the EOB for the orthotics I got at my podiatrist last week. I knew they were expensive, but is $205 PER FOOT right???? My insurance didn't pay anything on them so the girl said they'd give me a discount. I was under the impression that it was $205 for the set, but its on the EOB twice.
What did you pay for yours?

Most insurance companies don't cover orthotics, if you got 2 then they bill 2....Check your booklet for exclusions and limitations, you will probably see it becomes your responsibilty regardless if you use a PPO provider.0

These are the custom ones that are molded for your feet; right? My MIL paid $150 for her pair. $200 per foot seems high to me, but different doctors etc.0
