Hello everyone,
Im new to MFP and it seems a wonderful tool for keeping track. I have one hell of a long journey ahead of me but MFP is gonna make it alot simpler.

Welcome aboard, this site has definitely helped me so far! It's great for tracking food and exercise so I know exactly where I am with my daily intake allowances

ah thank you for the warm welcome.
Ive been at this since Monday (15th Aug) and its helped so much already and with the food database eating out will be a doddle cause ill know exactly what im take in calorie wise.
God knows why i didnt discover this sooner
