Does anyone else do a lot of HIIT workouts??? I LOVE interval training, but I'm not sure how to log it. Does anyone else log their HIIT workouts?

I do HIITs as part of Turbo Fire. Before I got my HRM I was just logging them as regular cardio (kickboxing actually). The calories I get from my HRM are much higher.

I log it as cardio circuit training. Also I have a heart rate monitor so I know how many calories to put in. I don't know if you have one, but they really help especially if your running outside and doing circuits in the gym.

I do TURBOFIRE too! I guess I need to get me a good HRM. The little rinky-dink one I got as a pedometer/calorie counter/HRM 'ring' sucks. It says my HR is 75 when it is about to pound through my chest!

Thanks for the advice. I think I have an HRM in my closet that I have never even set up or used and it has a chest strap. I'll try it!
