Hello all! New to the site and looking for positive encouragement on this VERY LONG weight loss journey. I started my journey about 3 years ago, and lost 0 lbs thus far, but have gained 20 instead! Ughhh... So now it's time to get serious.

hello - I used to live in hamilton, still have friends & family there. I'm not far away, on the edge of fairfield. Welcome to MFP, I love it here. You're gonna love the resources & support
friend me if you like =)
  • I've been a life long "dieter" and because of health issues I've never been thin. I was diagnosed when I was 16 years old as having PCOS (Poly-cystic Ovary Disorder) which is a combination of reproductive issues and it makes weight loss an issue. I've decided now that I'm 35 years old it's time to get serious about getting in shape and healthier! I currently weigh 270 pounds and I'm only 5ft 3in so I'm easily about 130 pounds more than my "ideal weight".
I need all the help and support I can get on this journey and it's sure to be a long one!

Yea I have SVT. So exercising just kicks that into high gear. So after 5 minutes of starting I am already exhausted, and my heart feels like it's beating out of my chest. So we will continue to motivate each other.
