How effective are these??

I'm already doing 30DS but I was wondering if this was a good way to incorporate some cardio into my workouts?

TIA!

If you're talking about step aerobics, I found that was a fun way to pump up the cardio and burn calories. But the stepper alone won't do it - you'll want to get step aerobic DVDs or join a class (and if you join a class they often have the steps there).

If you're thinking about getting it to step onto and off of, I'd recommend running a flight of stairs instead

Or is this something you add into a routine? More details might help!

The stepper comes with a workout DVD, so I guess I will try that and see how well it works. Sorry, I was typing from my phone and it was being a pain in the butt.
